Hello to you dear clients, past, present and future,

In order to present who I am, here is my professional background in the form of a portfolio of the transactions I have carried out. The goal is to show that you are making a wise choice by calling on my services! Here I am, Vanessa Breton, residential real estate broker since August 2012. Owner and co-founder of Century 21 Boréale – Real Estate Agency.

I started the residential real estate broker program with the Collège en Enseignement Immobilier in the fall of 2010. With an entrepreneurial spirit, I dreamed of being in the heart of the action, meeting new people, but most of all representing them in their real estate buying and selling process, often one of the most important transactions of a lifetime. Originally, I had a dynamic image of real estate. Taking my first steps into a fast-paced market, by 2012, I realized that real estate would be an integral part of my life. I started my career under the Royal Lepage Lachapelle banner where, in my first year, I received the provincial title of Royal Lepage Rookie of the Year. This honor surprised me, but it also motivated me to work for my clients.

Moving on to another step, in 2016, under the Century 21 Elite banner based in Gatineau, I opened a satellite office in Rouyn-Noranda. The very first C21 in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. It is at this time that I learn to coach the new brokers who join me. They are proud workers and share my values. We are certainly different, but we have integrity, we like teamwork and our priority is the satisfaction of our clients.

Still contemplating the idea of a regional agency, it is towards the end of 2018 that I undertake a partnership with Francis Racette to found Century 21 Boréale – Agence Immobilière. Opening an agency on my own, supervising and managing my team while ensuring the same quality standards was a daunting task. I needed a solid, reliable partner who, like me, was well rooted in the market. One year later, even though we barely knew each other, I can say that I made the best choice! Today, Century 21 Boréale – Real Estate Agency is able to accompany more clients in the Rouyn-Norandien market. So much so that at the end of its first year, C21 Boréale has realized 27% of the transactions in its market. A solid performance for the latest addition!

On the personal side, many of you may have seen me at the winter festival or at Osisko en lumières where I have been a volunteer since 2013 and a member of the Board of Directors since last year. I go door to door for the Maison de l’envol, but mostly I like to organize events and support regional organizations. I do it for the pleasure of getting involved, but also to give back to this community that is dear to me and has supported me since my beginnings. It is important to choose someone with a human approach and a solid network of contacts when the time comes to make such an important transaction.
Throughout the following portfolio, you will of course see my statistics, but please note that they reflect the satisfaction of my clients. You will be able to see references to support this. I work and treat my clients as if they were a member of my family. As a matter of fact, I do many transactions with members of the same family. Children, grandparents and cousins of my clients use my services. A reference is always a guarantee of satisfaction!

I conclude by reiterating that I love my job. When you make a career in real estate, you have to be available and know how to adapt to your clients’ schedules.
